About Us

McLeod Community Association

McLeod Community Association is a voluntary organization open to all residents of McLeod. Our boundaries are from Westbrook and Meadow Oaks Park Dr. to Riverwood to Harrow including the streets within these boundaries. See the map. The association is led by a voluntary board consisting of a president, secretary, treasurer and 3 directors. Established June 27, 2015 MCA registered with the secretary of state as a non-profit organization. We are also members of The Mississippi Non-profit Association. Visitors are welcome. However, only members have voice and vote.

Our Vision

We envision a community of neighbors working together in private, voluntary association to achieve a higher quality of life and increasing property values; a neighborhood that is considered by residents and non-residents alike to be a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and community.

 Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, enforcement of ordinances and covenants, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good.

Our Values

In fulfilling our mission and achieving our vision we value honesty, fairness, firmness, equity, common sense, participation, respect, cooperation, and neighborliness in all our actions.

The Board of Directors

The Association is managed by the Board of Directors. The officers and board are as follows: President Lee Radford, Vice President  Dick Ayres, Secretary Greta Harris, and Treasurer Shondra Barker. Board Members: Lee Radford, Dick Ayres, Sibyl Byrd, Louis Clifford, and Calvin Stancil.

Ways to Participate

There are many ways to  participate in the Association. We welcome your prayers and moral support for the volunteers of the association. Of course, the $50.00 anual membership dues are an essential part of support.  Volunteers are needed for  beautification of homes and yards, hospitality to new neighbors, neighborhood watch, and organization of social activities.

If you have any suggestions or concerns, please  email MCA at, or call (601) 376-9233.
